- Clearance, final sale, and customized products are non-returnable.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, email us at support@primeessentialsllcstore.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our end.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items. Please email us with details and photos, and we’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
